Helen has played a key role in the growth of AI Assistant to date – supporting the development, promotion and implementation of the business’s range of automation solutions among automotive retailers across the UK.
She brings a wealth of motor industry experience having been Head of CRM for Inchcape in the UK for more than 10 years as well as time spent with Mercedes-Benz UK and a variety of marketing roles for retailers across the network.
This new role will see her take on increased responsibilities for the strategic direction and operational performance with a focus on delivering exceptional client experience – ensuring AI Assistant’s automation solutions run as smoothly and effectively as possible for automotive retailer teams.
